Surprise Bachelorette Party!

Hey all! So yesterday was the big surprise bachelor and bachelorette parties! Jerry and I arrived at my niece, Courtney, and her boyfriend Levi's Friday night. The bachelor party kick started at 6:45am and Bob was surprised! Meanwhile, Kristy went out to flea markets with her mom Pam, Courtney and Goldie. The rest of us surprised her later in the afternoon at the first winery - Illinois River Winery in Utica, IL. 

She was so surprised! Courtney had brought with a change of clothes for them so we'd all be dressed up. We did at taste testing, bought two bottle of wines (for there) and sat around in the lounge room.

We had a great time opening gifts and just hanging out! Then we were off to the next winery, August Hill Winery.

We did another wine tasting which was amazing! Especially the sparkling one called Angel's Hope - holy smokes! De-liSH! 

We walked across the street to a bar, I think it was called Duffy's, for a shot of rumchata. YUM!

Courtney ended up driving with me to the Mexican Restaurant, Mariachi's and we blasted Hannah Montana all the way there. There was serenading of strangers on the sidewalks just like we use to do. It was great!

Then we brought the party back to the house where both parties combined...

It got a little strange ;)

Definitely looking forward to next weekend. The rehearsal dinner is Friday night and there will be family there that I don't get to see very often so I am pretty excited about it and ready for it to be Friday already haha!!
