Target Practice

This past Sunday we spent the day at a friends homemade shooting range. This picture was taken back in May at my parents house because I didn't take one of Jerry and I shooting this week, whoops. Anyway, this was my first time shooting at a farther distance. I used two types of shotguns and a pistol. I have good aim, which was reassuring to learn (in case of a zombie apocalypse).

 

We put a target up that had 9 circles I got a bulls eye the majority of the time. So Jerry through down a beer can and told me to hit it, I did. So he made it more challenging by putting up a quarter. My first try I folded the quarter in half.  I'm feeling pretty good.

 

Anyway, today is my birthday so I plan on keeping track of everything I do, mostly for my parents since this is my first birthday we're not spending together. Although we do have a Skype date later today.
