Living Life to the Fullest

Happy Saturday everyone! I just thought I'd fill you in on how things have been the past few days. I won't lie. It's been one tough week. 

Thursday was the funeral for Brenda which was beyond difficult. It ended on a good note though because there were SO many people there to celebrate her life and laugh and tell stories of all Brenda's crazy shenanigans! We went to the local bar which was a favorite spot of Brenda's so we had a couple drinks and a shot for her.

Friday night we had planned two months ago for a girls night with just the tellers. Brenda was suppose to be there for this too. In her honor everyone at the bank was decked out in Green Bay Packer gear because she was an avid fan. Ironically, Aga and I were wearing #12 jersey's - what's the big deal? Brenda was teller #12. It was a late night and great time! Just missing Ms. Red.

We went to Castle Rock State Park in Oregon IL today. Kristy, Courtney and I plus the dogs. We hiked a good 6 miles and now Zoey and I are ready for a shower, some quick pasta and a nap!
