Mississippi Palisades Camping 2016

October 15th marked National Camping With Dogs Day! Of course we had to get in on that! So away we went to the Mississippi Palisades State Park which is in Savanna IL. It was kind of a gloomy Saturday and we had some major thunderstorms in the middle of the night and also woke up to duck hunting gunshots. Poor Zoey, the trip was for her and she spent most of it terrified at night. But all is well now! I had brought some calming pills for her just in case and I am so glad I did! Overall it was a great camping trip! Here are some pictures - enjoy! :)
