Happy October!

Happy October everyone! This month is going to be flying by! I still can't believe it's already the 4th of the month - where did those first 3 days go!? This weekend my mom is coming into town and we're headed to the Chicagoland Area for the night. Then heading to Sandwich IL for the Antique Fair on Sunday. Plus Monday we have off so that's even better!

The weekend of the 15th - which is actually National Camping with Dogs Day, Jerry and I are going for a day hike in the Mississippi Palisades and camping overnight there! Zoey doesn't look thrilled about posing with this sticker on her face but I promise you she is jumping up and down on the inside! We're really looking forward to this adventure!

I won't bore you with the details of the other plans for the rest of the month... yet. I'll keep you posted as they come. In the meantime, how cute are these kittens!? We stopped at a friends on Sunday after failing at catching catfish, Jerry thought it would be a good idea to go pet the baby cows and it sure was! I heard these kittens, so I sat on the ground and eventually they all made a playground in my lap. I wish I wasn't allergic. It's hard to pick favorites because they are all so sweet but I would've taken the striped kitten and one of the black ones. I bonded the most with those two. If only though! If only I wasn't allergic. If only Jerry liked cats... If only Zoey wouldn't eat them! Haha!
