Saturday Adventures!

I really couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my Saturday yesterday. We started our morning walking Zoey down the road so we could get some fresh eggs. We came home and made breakfast. Then sat around outside enjoying the nice weather. Sunny. Slight breeze. 55 degrees. Perfection.

I did a little spring cleaning in Zoey's kennel. Jerry will be going back to work shortly so Zoey will be outside on the warmer days.

Our neighbor came over with her two children. Kids freak me out, but these children are so well behaved and so stinkin' cute... that I have minor baby fever when they leave haha. In this picture Jerry got his bow caught in the plastic of his target so they were all beating the target to wedge the arrow out. 

We stopped by a friends farm later on and of course I ran straight to the calves. I just love them!

We walked down along the creek bottom to go to get Jerry's trail cam's and set up some new ones. It was extremely muddy but SO. MUCH. FUN! 

A dirty dog is a happy dog, and man was she in heaven yesterday!

This was Zoey watching us dig up an antique milk jug. The one we found was in the best condition we've found yet. Can't wait to get it cleaned up!

So that pretty much sums up our day yesterday. We got home and I skyped with my mom for a bit. Then Jerry and I walked down to the bar for a couple drinks and some dinner. We were both so tired last night that we got back home about 7pm and called it a night! We watched a few movies.. well I watched a few movies while Jerry watched the back of his eyelids. And today, Sunday, we're going on more adventures! I'll share those with you later!
