Ice Fishing & Podcast
I can officially mark ice fishing off my bucket list for 2018!
We had gone ice fishing together twice before in January but we caught absolutely nothing the one time and only a handful of small fish the second time! So I didn't think it counted.
As you can see, Zoey is not impressed with ice fishing. 1. The reel doesn't make a sound when you reel the fish in. 2. There is no struggle which means no excitement for her. 3. There's no water to swim in. She's definitely a good 'ol fashioned catfishing dog.
Anyway, that day was so much fun because we also went hiking at our local state park! When it's colder and snowy there is a 95% chance you'll get the trails all to yourself - which we love!!
Some other super exciting news.... my scary stories are featured on The Ghoul Gang Podcast! I'll give you a brief introduction from their website...
"We're sisters with a love for all things spooky. Every week we bring you funny stories of scary things. If you're into ghosts, haunted houses, creepy experiences and having a laugh - this is the podcast for you!"
The majority of my friends and family don't enjoy "scary" things. I on the other hand, love it! I'm that girl who watches American Horror Story in the dark. Just the other night Jerry came in the house and found me watching Veronica on Netflix with the faintest lamp light on. I do recommend that movie too by the way, if you don't mind reading subtitles, as it is a movie out of Spain.
So yes! I went to Jr. High with Grace and I am friends with her on social media so I decided to give the podcast a listen to! And I LOVE IT! It's got pretty creepy stuff but its mixed with comedy so you're left giggling and not completely terrified.
If you'd like to hear my ghost stories along with some other listeners stories click HERE for the link. I'm featured in " A$$tral Projection". Check them out!
That's all I have for you today!
Enjoy your weekend and especially these warmer temperatures! Hellloooooo March!
